Loading Issues

Hi,

Two questions please.

1) The “Home” page & “Choose a location” main images load lazy and a white space shows and then the image loads.

Any ideas, screen shots where the issue occurred is attached.

2) The top admin edit bar is missing from the theme any ideas?

1- These issues are generally caused by some Cache plugin being used on the Site. So, right now as we are seeing you have already deactivated the LiteSpeed Cache plugin on your Site and the Images are appearing fine now.

2- Regarding the Admin Bar not showing concern, you had a third party Plugin enabled in this regard on your Site named “Hide Admin Bar”, which we have now deactivated and the Admin Bar appears on the Site preview too.

Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.

The admin bar has ben sorted thanks a lot.

The lite speed cache was already de activated before we opened a ticket, i have tested it now and the issue still happens, there is a white space which appears before the banner shows, any ideas?

Sorry to say but it seems that you have changed the WP-ADMIN Logins, so we are unable to proceed further with checking the issue again.

Sorry to say but instead of the Theme’s [Xtemos] Layout option > Stretch Section, the default Stretch Section was enabled under the Homepage Elementor editor. So, we disabled the default one and enabled the Theme one and now the Image Banner loads fine.

Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.

Under the Elementor editor, as you know there is a default Stretch Section option.
So, you need to disable that first and select your Width as Full Width there: https://snipboard.io/yRLCEa.jpg
