Loading spinner @ Cart page

Hello,

There’s a loading spinner when PLACE ORDER is clicked at checkout. I would also like to show a loading spinner on the cart page when PROCEED TO CHECKOUT is clicked. Is it possible to achieve this with theme settings?

I would be interested in adding some loading action to the mini cart as well.

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.
