Local Pickup option is missing in WooCommerce Settings

Hi, I need to add a local address to pick up products, but the Local Pickup option is missing from Shipping settings in WooCommerce?

I think the reason is that we are using the cart short code instead blocks.
I checked and when I removed [woocommerce_cart] and used Gutenberg blocks then this option was applied:

however the page is messed up and it doesn’t work, big black tick

Any solution?

If you are using a Gutenberg-based cart and checkout, you need to disable this option for them to function correctly. Following options is located in Theme settings -> Performance -> CSS (https://monosnap.com/file/wvIKnsRNx9xA68Aa7J4tpgmcM1WHgy)

I am using [woocommerce_cart] and Elementor. Gutenberg CSS are disabled.

When we use [woocommerce_checkout] local pickup options are not available. After removing and changing to Gutenberg blocks additionally enabling CSS as above local pickup appears but we lose the ability to customize the page to our needs using Layouts
