Loco Translate after Theme Update
-
Hello,
I already translated the important words into German and after the installation of the theme update, everything was lost. So I started to translate again, but some things are totally missing or don’t translate. I added an example as an attachment. I hope you can help me.
Kind Regards,
Johannes

Hello,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
To prevent losing changes you need to keep your translations files in the folder wp-content/languages/themes
. Here is our video tutorial that will demonstrate how to make it right https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls
Please, send us a screenshot of words you can’t translate on your website (not from Loco Translate) and your admin access so we can check what is wrong.
Kind Regards

Hello,
thank you for your fast reply.
I already watched the video and did it like this.
What I can’t translate, is attached.
I also mentioned that the back to list Icon/Link in the blog post doesn’t work.
I have another question. Where can I translate the text “Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our Datenschutzerklärung.” at the checkout page?
Kind Regards

In this situation are you able to provide us your FTP access so we could troubleshoot it and provide you with a solution?
We don’t see anything there http://prntscr.com/l3g19f
Please try again. Do you see something now?
Your translation file seems to be broken. Try to reinstall the theme and click on “Sync” button in Loco Translate.
It worked out, thank you!
But the back to list Icon in the blog posts don’t work. What can I do?
You need to specify your blog list page in Settings -> Reading.
Regards
