Loco translate not work

I translated some texts on my site, following the video tutorial, but the texts of the theme do not appear in Portuguese. Example: Read more => Leia mais.
I followed all the guidelines.
1) Site Settings: Language English
2) I installed Loco Translate
3) in Loco, I selected the Basel theme and selected New language
4) I selected Choose a location: themes / basel / languages / <locale> .po
5) I made the translation and saved
When I check the site, the English text continues, can you please help me?Attachments:

First of all, synchronize your translations and clean your cache If the problem remains, contact us.
We suggest you keeping translated files in wp-content/languages/themes/woodmart-pt_PT.po folder not to lose your translations after updates.Best Regards

Yes, I keep the cache clean and see the site in an anonymous window. The problem persists, and I do not care if I miss some translated words, I even prefer to do everything from the beginning.
I made 3 attempts and could not make it work.

As put in the beginning, has the term “Read More” with the print of the translation, it appears in different lines, I translate in both.
But when I visualize the site, in an anonymous window, the text continues without translation, I put the print here.Attachments:

Please update your theme to 4.5 and synchronize the translation.
Here is the instructions on update https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/update-theme/
Make the full backup of your site before update.
