Please check by activating some default WordPress theme. Just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.
If it works with default WordPress theme then provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Well, is not the theme, I have activated the default WP theme but translation is still not possible.
Do you think is any of the next plugin issue?:
