Loco Translate Plugin does not work

Hello,
we already installed and activated loco translate but it don´t use our translations.
We already used it before in another theme and there is it working.I have checked the right of the folder and the german document is already there.

maybe you have some ideas?

Different themes have their own translation files, and translation of the previous theme would not be applied to our theme.

We suggest you to keep translated files in wp-content/languages/themes/woodmart-pt_PT.po folder.

yes i have checked your post about different languages and i have downloaded the german po file from one of your customers.
i have them in the right folder

We do not guarantee the correctness of these files. Uses just share their files. Make sure you have imported and configured it correctly. We do not have the instruction you will have to refer the Loco documentation and forum.

Our theme does not influence the working Loco plugin. Try to check the forums about how such a problem is solved.
