Loco Traslate isn't working

    Hi, how are you?

    I’m having a problem with loco translate plug-in. My site was already translate to spanish but when i updated to the new woodmart version not only all was deleted but also when i try to translate all over again it doesn’t apply the changes to the site. Any idea why? Is this woodmart version compatible with loco translate plugin?

    Hello,

    Please Go to Loco translate >> Themes >> Woodmart and edit the translation file and click the SYNC button first then try to translate the strings.

    If the problem still continues then tell me then we will troubleshoot the issue for you.

    Hello,

    I have tried to login to your website but your website is not working. Even if I used a proxy.

    Please make sure your website is working to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    What kind of error you have when you tried to enter to the site? I’m can access fine. May be the server was down at that moment?

    Hi Aizaz,

    Great! Now i can see de translation but now i see the emails of “new orders” in english, why is that? I think may be is related to the issue of loco translate. I attached the screenshot with this problem.

    Hello,

    You are Most Welcome.

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    The order text is not coming from our theme, it’s generated from the woocommerce plugin and our theme doesn’t influence.
