registration and login are the same but registration form should be different. When we register the form only ask for email and registered to the customer, form ask for proper information then register the person. please check form is not good

we also need that customer can register through their social media account like facebook and at the same time we need registration form information Name, Contact, No. Email, and comments etc.

so how will user register to our website atleast there should be compulsory filed there like Name, Mobile No. Email and message

1. on registration how will we confirm the customer ?
2. What is the message will be deliver to customer on registration ?
3. where the information will be stored of the user?
4. or any other facility is enabled with this theme please confirm

The default Woocommerce has only two fields: email and password. As soon as a user has been registered, you will see him in Users tab http://prntscr.com/kmer09

Woocommerce does not provide an option to confirm a user, and you will not get any messages.

Our theme does not have any additional options on registration functions

You can search and find additional plugins for expanding the default Woocommerce functionality.

There are only two compulsory fields: email and password. This is Woocommerce functionality and our theme does not influence that. You can activate any theme and you will have only these two fields.
