On trying to reset my password by using the lost password option the customer is not able to reset the password. Kindly help me with the same

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

You can check the settings in the Woocommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy.

The email for reset password is going in promotion mail and not in inbox
