As for registration please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme. And activate them one by one checking the issue.

Cookie law test is edited in Theme Settings > Shop > Show cookies info

Contact form 7 – Please check the issue with the default theme. Make sure your forms are free from errors. Here is the documentation for the plugins https://contactform7.com/docs/

Know that before writing to you I made a tour of your documentation page, I did research on this forum to find similar topics, a wordpress forum, search on google please do not redirected me to the plugin page (this is for contact form 7)
I installed the theme on localhost contact form7 it works well, on this forum some have solved the problem by uninstalling / reinstalling the plugin this did not work for me all that it’s done before i you write

secondly i know where the cookies law info page is, i sent you a screenshoot, did not you look at it? on this page I can’t activate or modify anything, please check the screenshoot I sent you

you didn’t answer me for captcha, when you are on the password recovery page there is no captcha box but when you type your email and you click reset button you are redirected to a blank page with captcha error, I also sent you a screenshoot about it

so for more precision I have not installed any other plugins than yours on the theme there was 1 plugin provided with wordpress from my host DIVI I deleted

Please, disable them all and check again. For example, this one https://gyazo.com/a5076d482a59bbdcc93f8437a7de063f may cause this captcha error.

Effectively is a big mistake on my part, I apologize…
I disabled and removed some plugin but the problem still has not solved.
I don’t receive email password reset yet wordpress says the email was sent (tested 2 times this morning and tonight)

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
