Login/Register issues. Changes not reflected.

I would like to change the text that reads “Login/Register” to “Dealer Login” and the theme option does not appear to be reflecting that change or inserting the text above the login form. I plan to have the text shown in the screenshot be above the login form and have a manual link to a contact form if they are interested in getting an account instead of registering through the front end.
