Hi, there is an issue that I am going to discuss is when a user goes for registration and when they give their mail for registration they automatically log in without verification even though later they get a password setup link.|
What I want to see for newly registered users, first they have to verify themselves with their email and set a password then they can log in.

Sorry but there is no such option available in Theme Settings for that.
You need to find a plugin for that.
