Login/Register form above header unwanted

Hi there,

Since I updated a couple of days ago this login/registration form has appeared above my header. And I can’t work out how to access the settings for this feature… Ideally I’d like to have a small ‘login’ feature in the header – but certainly not showing the whole form! (it’s the first thing you see as you go onto my homepage).

Any help would greatly appreciated.

It seems to have resolved itself on it’s own! Will bear in mind suggestion in case it happened again though.
