    the issue scomes
if you click on one of the medication on the home page > go to the medication > then click on logo > it goes to the issue
If I clear all cache and reset the permalink is starts working for a bit, but then happens again
If the permalinks get broken, usually they would only affect the sub-pages and not the homepage, so the issue here could be caused by a conflict between the plugins and/ or the theme of the site. I think !

    Hello,

Please try to update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.2.7 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
If the issue still remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,
