Logo-Color Option

Hi, we have changed our logo to overlay header but there is a tiny gap beetwen logo and uphead we want to get rid of it, you will in the attachment. And also we want to ad some image for color option but it does not work, for example we want to show a pattern as color we haf upload it but it did not saved and showed as we want.
