I can’t change thé logo in this header, i have loading please wait… for at least an hour now..

I confirm the permission for plugins deactivation and switching to the parent theme.

ps : when i tride to install another dummy content “marketplace” i got this error message Forbidden, You don’t have permission to access this resource
