Logo Image in Header not clear

I added the logo in the Header and the same logo in the footer (just a different color text) and the same logo file on other parts of the site. Why in the Header does the logo look pixelated? How do I get the logo to look at clean and sharp as it does on other pages?

I added to images, one with the logo in the header in the Red Box, and the second image is the same logo and file on the homepage body in the Red Boxes.

Try to upload image with a smaller size, for example, 231х130px.
