hi, for the past month the Header logo keeps on like deleting itself or something, its the most wackiest shit ive seen in 15 years using wordpress. Woodmart logo just keeps showing up, as much as i like the theme, i do not like this glitch, i have no idea what do to. It will be on for a few days to a week then gone, and Wood mart shines. so.. ussually after some updates or something, but man it was much nicer when you put the uplod logo insde the themes setup area.

please assist, i cant be the only one

    Hi there,

Sorry you’re dealing with this. We know how annoying it is when the logo keeps reverting.

The theme only shows the default WoodMart logo when the logo element in the active header has no image saved, or when a different header is being shown. If the image file were only deleted from the Media Library, you’d see a broken image instead of the WoodMart logo. So the header’s logo setting is most likely being reset, or the site is switching to another header.

WoodMart doesn’t delete media or reset header settings when the theme updates. Please check the following:

    – Active header: Go to Dashboard > WoodMart > Header builder and check which header is set as default. Open it, click the Logo element and make sure your logo is selected, then save. If some pages or products use a different header in their own page settings, check that header’s logo too.
    – Media cleanup or optimization plugins: The logo image isn’t attached to any post or page, so plugins that remove “unused” media may think it’s unused and delete it. This includes media cleaners, image optimizers and media offload/CDN plugins. If you use one, exclude the logo or turn off automatic cleanup.
    – Staging or migration tools: If you push a staging site to live, or run database sync or migration tools, they can overwrite the header settings with older data.
    – Demo import tools: If you’ve run the WoodMart demo import or its “Remove imported data” option recently, that can switch the active header back to the default one.
    – Cache: After re-saving the header, clear your caching plugin and any server or CDN cache.

You don’t need a custom snippet for this, and it would only hide the real cause. If the logo disappears again, please don’t re-upload it right away. Instead, send us:

    – WordPress admin access, using the Private Content field
    – the list of plugins you have active
    – whether any updates, imports or staging pushes happened just before the logo disappeared

That way we can check which header is active and what changed.

    Kind regards,
    XTemos Studio
