I have visited your website.

1) For the logo please make sure that you are making changes to the correct header from Woodmart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header that is used for the homepage by editing the homepage.

2) And for the banner please provide a relevant screenshot of the specific area to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

OK, we can enter with this username.

To fix this problem, you need to open your SVG logo file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add height and width attributes to your <svg> tag like it is shown on the screenshot https://gyazo.com/83fd36b0bb9628bb1aed2bd3d5d063c5
Then you will need to reupload your icons in WordPress Dashboard.

When i open in apple text editor its showing like this, i dont know how to edit this

Could you please reupload your screenshots in a size smaller than 512KB? Or upload it to some cloud service like Dropbox or Google Drive.
