Please provide the site admin access to the private area and your SVG logo file name.

You need to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add width=”31″ height=”40″ attributes to your <svg> tag like it is shown: http://prntscr.com/m4n0qw
Then you will need to re-upload your icons in WordPress Dashboard.

I see the logo clearly: https://prnt.sc/ttmmgb the same is in the admin https://prnt.sc/ttmmpa This is the SVG quality. I am testing another SVG https://prnt.sc/ttmnsk as you can see it works. The problem is in SVG itself. Please upload the proper quality SVG and set it as the logo.
