Logo when writting url

Hello,

When I send the url of my page to a friend in whatsapp, the logo that appears is not the one I added in the header, both desktop and mobile ones. Can you tell me how to change this one that appear.

Be sure that you have uploaded your own favicon via Appearance -> Customize -> Site identity. If it will not help, please, send us your admin and FTP access.
