Logout and difficult to login

Hi my website has an issue to login.

First – To login normally need twice or more to click and click again.

Second – After login successfull, if the user click on my Logo to initial page the site make users logoff. And if the user clicks in some product, works, but again, if he clicks on initial page, user logoff again.

Can you guys helps?

You didn’t disable external plugins. Please, temporarily deactivate them all and then check the issue again.

Yes, i did this test this morning, disabled all plugins.

Please, do this now. We can’t check it while all plugins are installed.

Sorry, today is a black friday and i can not disabled during the normal time, that customers is accessing our web store.

In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
