Slider Revolution does not support any menu, how have you managed to insert it? Perhaps, I have misunderstood you, please provide more details step by step: what you did and what you expected to get.

I downloaded the child theme look book, I started by changing SREV, the menu on top was gone, it does not return through any panel

Please switch to the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains provide the site admin access to the private area

Parent topic switched. Reinstalled both the theme and WP. The problem has not disappeared. What do you need for administrator access?

You have set the home page as the maintenance page http://prntscr.com/nmbx4s that is why Header/Footer has disappeared.

If you want the header to overlay the home page edit the overlay header http://prntscr.com/nmbzyd and set is the custom header http://prntscr.com/nmc050
