Loosing images or links to images

pages that have worked fine loose the links to images without any changes done to the site.
for example I haven’t touched the shop banner at all and from one day to the next the banner image is gone, so I had to replace the image

what can cause those issues?

The about us page was finished yesterday and showed all numbers, today it says NAN

things change and keep disappearing without anyone making changes

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area as well as pages URL with the problem and step by step description on how to reproduce the problem.

Remove all the symbols from the number field. The field should contain the number only.
