Lost all customizations

Hi,

I’m new to wordpress, though i do have programming experience.

While trying to figure out another issues (header builder being blank), i noticed that on the woodmart dashboard, there was a “required” tag, and a call to action to import. I thought i was missing something in the theme, which was causing my other issue, so i clicked it🤦‍♂️

i now lost all my customizations!!! there was nothing indicating that this was going to happen, or any request to confirm the installation. NOTHING.

Is there any way back?

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

“Required” label says that it is required before importing any of the demo version. Also, it has texts before import blocks saying what information will be imported and that it will change your Theme Settings https://gyazo.com/942181b0c901b647fe8d3afbc7901a96
We are sorry that you faced this problem but you can remove all the dummy content. As for Theme Settings, you just need to change them to your needs.

What about the header builder? why is it blank?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
