Lost password of my account

When I tested for lost password option in my account page..it says me to enter email and a verification mail will be sent but after entering email,no mail is received..

All your settings will remain the same, excepting widgets they may be reset but you can add them again.

Hi, I have tried using different theme, but problem remains same, the email link is not sending any mail to our registered email address. But other than this I have also noticed other two problem most probably relating to your theme. I have tried using shopisle theme, under this theme, my site is showing secure when I use your theme, it shows not secure even though my website is in HTTPS( see the attachment for better understanding). Besides your theme feels slower than shopisle theme, I dont know, Even to wishlist a product, it took about 6-7 seconds althogh I have tried Different plugin in your theme to make faster like smush, total cache etc,.

Ok but what about the email link sending for lost password. Tried different theme but there is no mail link

If you have the same on another theme it means that the problem is not caused by our theme. My account is the Woocommerce functionality. Our theme does not influence. Check the Woocommerce settings.

Hey. Please can you check whats causing this problem. I search from top to toe in google but didn’t find any solution. Please I am running out of option you are my last hope to identify the problem. I know this not under your theme support. But a little help regarding this would be very appreciable

Check your email configuration make sure that emails are sent from and to the site. We cannot fix this as this is the plugin or your server configuration.
