lost the options header building

I try to upload logo store but it’s impossible this option it isn’t available. I don’t know what happend that. I was working before but I deleted any pages and this option isn’t available. I installed themes again that doesnt work.

What do I do? Please

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

I saw the screenshot you attached. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme.

Clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
