Magnifying glass not appearing on product lists

How would it be possible to have a magnifying glass “zoom” into a product in a product list? We have this with individual categories (https://www.oracletrading.ca/product-category/countries/canada/) as well as the home page (https://www.oracletrading.ca/).

It works wonders on the individual product page (https://www.oracletrading.ca/shop/harry-potter-mug-morsmordre-black/) but we need it for all pages where products are shown.

Also, that would only apply to a single product, not an archive.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I went ahead and deactivated all plugins except for the ones you mentioned earlier on this site: https://woocommerce-757563-3291559.cloudwaysapps.com/ . Nothing going. WordPress access is in the private section.

Hi, each image is 1050×1200. And the issue has to do with the action concerning the magnifying glass on the home page. The internal “products” pages don’t have this issue. See video recording here (still processing at this time): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lprjj4SR2MM

I just noticed something interesting. If I duplicate the home page as a new page (https://www.oracletrading.ca/home-2023/), the magnifying glass somehow works. But as soon as I assign it as the “home page,” it doesn’t work. Please advise how I can get it to work as the main home page.

I created the same page here: https://woocommerce-757563-3291559.cloudwaysapps.com/home-2023/ . Since all other plugins are disabled, it’s clearly something in the theme settings. Please test, resolve and advise how to replicate this fix in the live environment.

The product grid should not have a magnifying glass that would open an image in a popup window.

The product grid magnifying glass opens the product page in a quick view.

“The product grid should not have a magnifying glass that would open an image in a popup window.” It does, and it should open a popup on the page designated as “home page” just like everywhere else. I noticed though that it more than likely has to do with theme cache directly related to the home page. How do we fix that?

The issue has been fixed. Caching was was matter, but also, the magnifying glass needed to be declared above all other layers. This was the fix:
