Mail sent popup hidden by footer

Sir, When someone gives mail from my website, Mail sent success popup hidden by the footer. I also test Mailchimp subscription popup that works well and show on the footer.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

Sir, I uninstall all plugin not related to the theme but still same problem. mail sent notification pop up hidden by footer, I want this popup will be visible above footer like MailChimp popup notification. I attach video and login info please check.

You maybe do not understand what I need, Mailchimp pops up works fine. its all-time show as a fix pip up and it’s not hidden by footer.

I also need mail send success pop up notification show like this.

Please check how it works on any default theme. Our theme does not influence the plugin functionality. We have no option to change its behavior or add functions.

I made there custom footer with HTML Block that way got a problem. Now I want to use default footer, But how I add FDA Disclaimer before the copyright section?
