MailChimp 4 WordPress adding code before form

Hey, I’ve got a newsletter submission for in my footer added as a shortcode in an HTML Block. For some reason it’s adding in “(function() { window.mc4wp = window.mc4wp || { listeners: [], forms: { on: function(evt, cb) { window.mc4wp.listeners.push( { event : evt, callback: cb } ); } } } })();” before the form. One of the forums I was looking on for a solution mentioned it may be a conflict with the theme he was using. Any idea if this has come up before with WoodMart, and how to solve it?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
