Our support does not cover issues connected with the plugin. As a little exception, you show the screen. On the left, I see the HTML code of the subscription form, on the right I see its view. Please advise what wrong it is?

If you want to add a Privacy policy to the checkout page, you need to create the page in the WordPress default page editor and set it as the Privacy policy page in Woocommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy.

The free version does not provide option to show the checkbox. This plugin suggests the notification, that all actions are as per Policy.

You can try another plugin.
