Mailchimp eMail customization

How can I adapt the eMails sent by the PromoPopup newsletter signon?
They are not in Mailchimp – i can´t find them there. So I think, they are part of the theme?

Newsletter functionality is provided MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/

This plugin is included in WoodMart at the same time they have their own documentation: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/mailchimp-for-wp/

You need to create the form, then it is inserted by means of the shortcode.
