    Hello,

    Your issue has been solved. The issue is because of the WPML not allow to run the form on the frotnend because this was not translateable in the both languages. Now you should translate in both language. At this time, it is only working in the Polish language on both language pages.

    The Mailchimp in footer is showing fine, now what do you want to do with the form? Do you want to edit that form or what do you want to do?

    We have problem with pages after translation with WPML. Sidebar on right side, and changes in layout. Please repair it.

    Some options like “All categories”, “Search for products”, etc. we was unable to change into Polish in translation management nad layout settings. Please check and help with this.
