Mailchimp Pop up issue

Hello,
i linked MailChimp with WordPress did everything but auto pop up not working. I used theme pop up but it is also not working until i click on the newsletter. I want to add MailChimp Subscriber pop-up it is also not working please help me out.

You need to make sure that you have enabled the promo popup from Theme Settings -> Shop -> Promo popup.

You will find the dummy content for popups in Dashboard -> HTML Block. You also can add a new one and add the mailchimp form.

You can use the mailchimp shortcode in your html block by using a text block as in the below screenshot: https://jmp.sh/oDVS5LQ

yes i already did this but it is not auto pop up. I have to click on the button to pop up this. can you please have look on site.

I test your site and i do not click on any button its auto popup and shown automatically at my end.

It might be your cache issue. Kindly clear your site and browser cache. Also I noticed that the mailchimp form is shown on auto popup and it overrides the promo popup for which you used html block short code under theme settings. It seems your js code is responsible for this that it overrides the default promo popup.

Oh yes. But why is showing scroll in this? Can i add multiple pop ups from theme? In mobile why it popup looking wired? Which cache plugin you suggest? Sorry I’m asking many questions bcoz I’m very new. any suggestion for best plugin for pop up?

It showing scroll because on small screen sizes the popup size changed and to fit the content it shown vertically.

You can use WP Super Cache or use WP Rocket cache plugin. You do not have to use any plugin for the popup its a theme default. Promo popup is already added in our theme so you can use it.

If you want to use multiple popups you can use the “Popup element” of our theme with Wp-Bakery page builder. But it works with button.
