Mailchimp subscribe form in maintenance page

Would I be able to put the mailchimp subscribe form in the maintenance form and be able to acquire subscribers to my mailchimp list?

You create a page and insert any elements you wish, including the subscription form as if you put in a common page, then you set the maintenance page. You need to set the maintenance template.

Thank you. The problem is that the site will be blocked from the outside and redirected only to the maintenance page. That means the Mailchimp API will not work, right?

Set the maintenance page by choosing a maintenance template and enabled the mode provided by our theme, in this case, the subscription form would work.
If you enable the maintenance by another plugin we do not guarantee.
