Mails are not sent to customers

    Hi, hope you are doing well. I have problems in sending emails to customers when they open an account in my website. I get the notification that email is sent but I test it that there is no email is sent. I have disabled the mailchimp for some time. Is it possible that it is due to that or is there any other problem that I am missing?

    Please help me to solve this issue.

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. If you see the same on a default theme please contact host support.
