How can I make it so that when someone clicks on a menu category in the main menu, it opens the entire category, displaying all subcategories and all products from those subcategories?

To achieve this functionality, you can follow these steps:

1. Create a Menu for Categories:
– Navigate to Appearance > Menus in your WordPress dashboard.
– Add the desired product categories to your menu.
– Then, navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display and set the Shop page display option to “Show subcategories and products.”

This will ensure that when a user clicks on a menu category, it will display all the subcategories and products.

I don’t have Display when i click WooCommerce > Settings > Products.
I changed like this in the photo but same with no results.

Does also the main menu categories needs to be made like product categories or?

Hello,

Product categories are created in Products > Categories > Add Category.

The main menu categories do not necessarily need to be created like product categories. You can add custom links, pages, or any other menu items as needed. However, if you want the main menu to display product categories, you should add Product Categories from Appearance > Menus and structure them accordingly.
