Main menu disappears and posts won’t scroll to next page

On a regular basis we have 2 issues:
a) The main menu disappears, and this happens on any page. Some pages are fine, but one or other page has no main menu.
b) In our Knowledge centre, we have 12 items on a page and 6 pages in total ( https://karo.co.za/knowledge-center-2/). On a totally ad-hoc basis, you cannot go to the next page. If you click on ‘next’ or any of the page numbers, the page ‘just hangs’ and won’t progress.
In both of the above case, if we clear LiteSpeed cache, the problems disappear. However, they will then reappear some time later…..this could be the next day or a few days later.

Could you give more details on how to reproduce the problem with the menu? I checked all the pages in the menu and I see the header and menu in the header on all the pages.

The problem manifested itself this morning, so I cleared the LiteSpeed cache to fix it….this is why you were not able to replicate it. The issue is that it is totally unpredictable…..it suddenly appears and we have no main menu on a particular page, and it can vary from a product page today, to a post page tomorrow….there is no consistency. This morning there was no main menu on https://karo.co.za/product/delta-industrial-chair/ but after clearing the cache, it is OK. On a previous post (23-9-2022) where a user had the same problem, I saw that Aizaz suggested “Please Go to Theme Settings >> Performance and disable the Mobile DOM Optimization.” I have done this now.
Any other suggestions?
