The settings of the main page and product pages have got off. Where and how can this be corrected?

On the main page, after the text, there should be images of categories – there are none. In the categories, the products moved to the sidebar area.

Most likely the problem with some of the installed plugins. Please, disable them temporarily all so we can check what is the problem.
