Main Product Image not showing

Hi there, a seller has joined today as a seller on our marketplace. When they are listing a product, they came to the point of adding the images for the product. There are two sections: the ‘Main image product’ and ‘Product gallery’. When the seller add’s the main image product, the image does not stay there after updating the product and vanishes. I have attached screenshots.
