Main wrapper padding

Hi, we created custom layout for product archive page’s
https://ortopro.lt/prekes-kategorija/ortopediniai-itvarai/koju-itvarai/ciurnos-itvarai/
and we need to disable padding-top wich overrides from base css.
.main-page-wrapper {
margin-top: -40px;
padding-top: 0px !important;
}
How to remove padding top?
