mainpage bug after updated Woodmart Theme

    Dear Xtemos,

    Originally you can login to my account to see there are different category images above every category chinese words on my mainpage (include desktop & mobile version). But when I updated Woodmart Theme version, then all category images disappeared after few hours. This happened to me one time last week after I updated. Then I retrieved back to older version by using backup, it returned to original status (images appeared). Now I updated again, this issue happened to me again.

    I won’t offline all my plugins for you because the website is still needed for visitor’s browsing for e-commerce business. But you can offline for me to check between HKT 12am and 9am.

    Pls fixed asap !

    You can check my login detail from private field to login to my account to check what wrong with it asap !

    Hello,

    As we can see, it works correctly on your website now. But it is a weird issue. Can you create a staging website from a backup where we can update the theme ourselves and check what is wrong?

    Dear Xtemos,

    Please see the private field to check and use our staging application to inspect what wrong with it ?

    For this staging, you can check anytime without the need to concern HKT.

    We also need HTTP authentication username and password. And it seems like you shared your website URL without admin username.
