Maintenance Mode

I’ve already configured the site in maintenance mode from the control panel so that it remains in maintenance mode until the site is finished. However, when I gave my client the password to view it outside of maintenance mode using “/?suppress_maintenance”, it still redirects to /maintenance. How do I fix this?

But you have to access the site with this URL: https://website.com/?suppress_maintenance
