I have no options inside the header builder. Is there somewhere I need to go to enable it? Please assist. I’ve included a screenshot to show what I see on my end.
1. Make sure you have installed and activated all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins if it does not help, then
2. Deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
This just started happening since the update. It happened before with my mobile menu. I was able to access the header builder when I disabled all the plug-ins, but am unable to pinpoint, which one.
Is there something we can do so I can use the plug-ins still, but also be able to use the header builder. I would hate to have to disable all plug-ins to change my header.
Seems that some of the installed plugins has some conflict with our header builder scripts. Try to disable them one by one to see which one causes this.
Well, we are using this theme on more than one domain and the plug-ins installed are consistent with that theme.
So it is working on one site, but not the other. I will disable the plug-ins one-by-one, but this issue just started with the theme update on one site only.
