Maintenance Page 2 w/ Countdown

Hello!

I have edited the “Maintenance Page 2” option to fit my website theme, but I can’t figure out how to change the countdown timer. I have changed the timer to the day, hours, minute, seconds I want, but when I preview the page, the numbers don’t change.

What I have changed the content to:
84 days, 7 hours, 31 minutes, 4 seconds

What it says in preview (and the numbers that came with the theme):
9 days, 23 hours, 59 minutes, 50 seconds

You are able to set your countdown date in the Slider Settings -> Custom JavaScript.

I see where to edit in the Custom JavaScript settings… but I am not sure of how to change the date / which line of code to change.

I am trying to make the countdown for January 1st, 2017.
