    Hello,

    You need to create a page with the Maintenance mode content, set the Maintenance template in the page settings, and enable the Maintenance mode in the Theme Settings > Maintenance mode, Then maintenance will work on your site.

    I have both configured with maintenance but it is not visible. Only one is visible but the policy is not.

    Please choose one page for maintenance which you want to show. Not choose the two pages at the same time.

    It is not possible to show two pages. Try to add the content in one page and set it for maintenance.
