Maintenance page problems

I need to know how to hide the header in my maintenance page, since I import a maintenance template but using the header of the portfolio display demo I can’t hide it and everything works correctly.

You need to set the “Maintenance” template for the page https://gyazo.com/7e9ca13a0f1bbe0b2e23dd4ccc9bbc64

As soon as you enable the Maintenance mode in the Theme Settings > Maintenance, this page without header and with your content would be shown.

I just imported a new maintenance page and when I import it, everything activates it fine but the menu continues to appear and does not hide it, so the problem is nothing more than something that matters from the portfolio digital demo that does not make the maintenance page hide the menu and leave it displayed.

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Please can proceed to verify where the problem is, now I have left the maintenance mode disabled and checking the public web I see that the home does not load the custom header “ald header”, but in the rest of the pages it does well.

I have done tests and I have deactivated the maintenance mode and verified that everything activates and deactivates well, but I see a small inherited error that the fonts do not load well when the web is public.
The funny thing that only happens on the home page because in the rest of the pages the custom fonts are loaded well but on the home the chosen font styles have been lost and it only happens when I review it in public mode, but logged in and in elementor it shows everything good.

Could you check me what has happened in the home so that it does not load the font styles as I designed it?

Regarding the font styles, it is strange what has begun to happen but in chrome, safari and firefox mobile it does not load the styles of the home only well, the rest of the pages well.

And on the desktop once the cache is cleared it only happens in safari and in the private tab, please do not review it because no matter how much I look for an explanation, I can not find the problem.

The mobile menu was not initially designed for mobile width, thus there is no option to show the text on desktop and not to show on mobile, we would recommend configuring the menu to show the text and hide it with CSS on the widths you need. Please clarify.

The left tab shows the main menu. At the same time mobile menu does not support mega menu blokcs as there is no space for showing them. You need to create a separate menu, it can be mulity-level menu, and assign it as mobile menu in Appearance > Menu.
The right tab shows the Product category Menu. You can enable/disable and chose which menu to show in Mobile menu element.

all solved in 1 and 2, but in point 3 what I mean is that I have uploaded a custom font (Clarendon URW) in the theme configuration with all its file types (woff, woff2) and in certain pages not it loads well when before if it did it correctly and this does not happen on all pages.

And in browser Safari no longer loads the custom font both on desktop and mobile.
