major BUG following updating a simple photo.

    I simply updated a payments.PNG file (displays credit cards in use) which appear in the footer of the website..
    using chrome and the site would show the updated payments.PNG file unless i went to incognito mode..
    also removing cookies and site data in chrome cured the problem..

    but imagine what is happening at multiple endusers .. i make changes to website and they FAIL TO SEE THESE CHANGES!!!!..
