Major Issue when activating Yoast

Hello,
After a lot of work my website is finally done. I now wanted to install Yoast to start working on the SEO part of the website. However every time whenn I activate the Yoast plugin I get a major problem in my WordPress and therefore for example can not access my pages anymore..
I reverted to my latest backup now but I really need Yoast off course. PLease help.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I checked this with TwentyTwenty and here I do not have this problem. Please help.
In this case, please keep all plugins turned off and default theme with Yoast SEO plugin and send us your admin access so we can check.
